I WAS CHANGING MY OIL AND WHEN I TOOK THE CAP OFF THERE WAS A GOOEY WHITE SUBSTANCE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE FILLER CAP. I KNOW THIS TO BE WATER MIXED WITH OIL, HOWEVER IT DOESN'T APPEAR TO BE IN THE OIL THAT IS IN THE DRAIN PAN. CAN THIS BE CONDENSATION AND IF SO WHAT CAUSES THIS TO HAPPEN. ALSO SHOULD I FLUSH THE SYSTEM AND IF SO WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO DO THAT?

Sounds to me like a bad head gasket, almost a dead giveaway when theres the white foam/slime on the oil filler cap, stick your finger in the coolante resevoir and wipe aroudn with your finger, does it come out with oil on it? Perform a compression test. There is no way for condensation to get in the cap, plus if it did it would be able to come back out.
