Welcome to the forum, check fuse 10--10 amp in the junction box, should go hot when you turn on the key, use a testlite on the fuse circuit.

There is a red wire with gray tracer that carries voltage to turn signal switch. There may be a multiwire connector under your dash, close to steering column, for circuits to and from the steering column, where you can check that red wire, use a testlite. All repair info says to dis-arm airbag, where applicable, when working around column.

Also, two more wires at the same connector, from turn switch, dark green wire with red tracer, voltage for left turn. Brown wire with red tracer is voltage for right turn signal. If you proper voltage going into the column for the turn switch and nothing coming out, when turns are activated, it's either the turn switch or wiring circuit in the column.
