I have changed the thermostat and placed some cardboard in front of 1/2 the radiator. Truck comes to temp ok but the heat from the heater is only luke warm at full fan. at low fan the air temp is hot but it takes a long time to warm up the interior.
Is there a flap that channels all the air that could be stuck? how about something blocking airflo across the heater core?
What do you suggest I check first?
