2001 Dodge Ram Engine Missing

It feels like the engine is missing or hessitating but it only does it when at cruising speeds & as soon as you let off the gas alittle it stops but starts back when leveled out again.

When was the last tune up? Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked fuel pressure and for vacuum leaks?

Hey Joe, No the engine light has'nt come on yet and as far as the tune-up goes, I had a new injector pump & lift pump put on 8months ago. Do you think that might have something to do with it.
