1998 Dodge Ram how am i loosing oil

i have change out oil pump and oil sending unit and pvc valve what alse can it be

Either you are burning it in the cylinde due to valve seals/valves/rings/cylinder wear or you have an actual leak somewhere-check the front and rear seal of the crank, oil pan and valve covers and distributor O-ring
