i have a 1997 dodge ram 4x4. Every time it rains, the truck wont start. Im lost, help me

Sounds like a electrical fault.

Best thign to do is start vehicle somewhere warm and dry. And get a bottle of warm salt water mixture in a spray bottle and slowly spray around all over the electrical components. When you find the bad part the vehicle will hesistate or die out and youll see electricity arc through the spray mist.
