1997 Dodge Ram Repair Question

1500 4x4 steering quit
The power steering went out, i have checked the fluid level, and the belt, they are both full and working. what else might it be? visually there is nothing wrong with the front end of the truck, if anyone can help me out it would be much appreciated.

more info is needed. do you mean that the steering wheel won't turn or the front tires don't move? does the steering wheel turn and the tires don't. even with the pump bad you can still steer. those trucks are bad for ball joints to go bad and drop out. i believe there is a recall if this is your problem.
