We tried to start our truck and nothing happened. We removed the starter and had it tested. It is fine, nothing wrong. We replaced the relay switch, checked the fuses including the link fuses. We have the cover removed to the ignition switch but are lost. Any help would be grateful... such as what wire are we looking for or what else could be the problem :)

Does the battery have a full charge? Are the the cables/ wires all clean and tight on both ends?

After the battery and cables, any system that is controlled by a relay, I head for the relay, did you do any testing at the relay terminals, with the relay unplugged? The voltage for the switch side of the starter relay, is hot all the time, The voltage for coil side of relay goes hot when you turn the key to crank. Both terminals should be hot with the key in the crank position. Any testing, the tranny should be in park or neutral and the e-brake set. If this is an automatic tranny, have you tried cranking in neutral. If this is a manual tranny, you may have a clutch switch. Do some testing at the relay terminals, if you haven't altready. Let us know, what you find.
