My truck is running really rough, it sputters & has no power when I accelerate until I hit 2000 rpms. The plug wires were changed out a few months ago. Thought maybe it was as simple as the O2 sensor but there is no catalytic converter on this truck anymore. Someone said maybe it's the MAP sensor? I could use some advice! Thanks!

Check EGR valve pull it off see if pental is not seated. If it is open below 1800-2000rpms it will fill the cylinders with exhaust gas thus giving a very lean condition and rough idle.
