i have compresssion have spark have gas and timing is dead on it keeps spinning over but it wont start I just rebuilt the engine and I know a good bit bout them and ive never had this problem b4 its a slant 6 with 0 miles on it. Plase help me asap I need this as soon as possible

If you have compression, timing correct, spark, and fuel, it has to run. Something is wrong with one of them. Will it start with starting fluid?

First n probablt cheapest check the ballast resisitor then the coil and last the module in the distributor as maybe one or the other has failed. Also check to be sure a ll conatcts are c lean especially around the battery dodge had a problem with battery acid getting into termials. I am have similar problem as mine starts and shuts down a sif it has a vallet switch or someone said auto shut down relay altho no luck with mine either good luck
