1985 Other Dodge Models Stopped and Won't Start

Operating vehicle and without warning engine stopped, windows won't roll up, signals will not operate, radio will not work; battery good (checked with voltmeter); fuses good, headlights work.

Morning before this happened, left front high beam surged and blew out -- could this be associated? Voltage regulator?

What could cause this? Ignition switch maybe? Replaced ECU; waiting to replace EGR delay modules (60 sec. & 90 sec.) Any ideas?

Sounds more like a battery cable problem or main fuse...Remove and clean BOTH cables remove negative first and replace it last! Check that negative at the block ground as well!
