2004 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

have dual fans one works the other does not if one works the other should and if not must be a bad motor

Yes, they are wired together and should run together. If the problem isn't the wire connecting them together, then it would be the fan motor. With the fans on, try poking the motor with a heavy bar. If it starts, you confirmed a bad motor.

First of all thank you so much for your donation. The best way to check it is unplug the motor that doesn't work and while the other motor is spinning check and make sure you have power and ground to the connector you unplugged. If you have power then bad motor. Let me know what you find.

Since they are just wired in series from the harness, chances are pretty slim that it's anything but a motor.

Another trick to try is to just poke the motor with a bar when it's on and see if it jump starts.
