My lowbeams do not work, however my high beams do and all fuses and relays associated with the lighting system are fine. The car was involved in a front end collision prior to me buying it and the air bags did go off. The steering wheel is damaged but all switches seem to work.

Have you checked the bulbs to make sure they are good? And if you did, tell me how you did it. Did you check for voltage at the headlight plug? And if you did, how did you do it?

Dr Loot,

I took them from a neon I have and the both of them worked prior to putting them in the new one. I dont have a voltmeter or anything like that. Someone mentioned that the airbags going off may have disabled them.

You are going to have to go to your local parts store and purchase a test light, they are not very expensive. I just looked at the wiring diagram on your vehicle and fuses #17 and #18, are your rights and your left low beam headlights, make sure you have power going to the fuses with the headlight switch on, take your NEW! Test light, and check both sides of the fuses. Let me know if they have power.
