2002 Dodge Neon Not starting

Went to work and when I came out my car would not start. The headlights were not on and my car had to be jump started. I have a 20 minute ride home and when I got home I turned it off and went to start to see if it would start and it wouldn't. On the way home the brake, odometer and seat light were blinking off and on and the battery light was on. It will have to jumped to start again. Is this the battery.

If your battery light is on, then that is generally an indication that the charging system is not working. You will need to have the system tested and might require a new alternator. Assuming the belt hasn't come off.
