why is my gear shifter only able to move forward and back only? after trying to get into first gear i was unable so i stepped on the clutch again and again tried to get into first or any gear, the shifter continued to move forward and back. the car was drivable but only reaching top speed of 25mph, the car is not leaking and didn't over heat. any idea what i could be looking at?
