I had an oil change done and they stripped the threading in my oil pan and then put an oversized plug in it and my engine was leaking oil the entire time and when I got the next oil change they then made me aware of this problem. The company is paying for the new oil pan. Now I have white smoke coming out of my tail pipe did the oil pan cause this problem now that i'm having?

If its coming out after the engine comes up on its normal operating temperature. I would say coolant is burning in the combustion chamber/cylinders.

Could be blown headgasket, cracked head and block. Best get it block and pressure tested to be in the safe side

The oil drain bolt will not cause the white smoke unless you ran out of oil completely and the engine overheated big time because of no lubrication then we can blame it for the caused.
