2000 Dodge Neon Valve Cover Torque Spec

I am replacing the seals and gasket on my Neon valve cover. The grommets on the base are leaking and need repair. I have all the required parts but can't find a torque spec on the valve cover.

Torque Specs calls for 106 inch pound
