I have a 2000 Dodge neon and just had my rear brakes done a month ago and I notice last week that whenI pull my parking brake that they do not hold the car if I park on a hill. I been tring to see where I can adjust the cables but can not fine any adjustment

i would ask them to readjust the rear brakes

is there any free play in the e brake handle or does it ratchet back all the way?

back up holding the brake pedal part down and give it a few shots as your backing up this is how you can set brakes it doesnt seem as though the mechanic set the ratchets on the rear cylinders they wont hold if there not adjusted if youve had them done within the last 30 days then the tech has to redo it for free

AGAIN you need to have them recheck the rear brakes and readjust them

bmrfixit is right as your work warranty will be void if you do anything mechanically to it
