I have a 2000 dodge neon. I have a P0551 code. Power steering code. I reset it it goes away unit I reach Freeway Speed. What can be wrong? The Power Steering switch or something else?

The code p0551 is a power steering switch failure the switch is located on the steering rack, if you have reset the pcm several times and the code keeps coming back this is most likely the problem
