1998 Dodge Neon Repair Question

1998 Dodge Neon sunroof
I am currently driving a 1998 neon 2 door with sunroof that when we open it it's fine but to close it it seems to come off the track just one side can you tell me what we can do about it.

Also, you might want to allign your glass,that could also cause a common problem.
I have a neon shop manual(dodges not haynes or chilton) on pdf, let me know if you need pics and instructions
