98 neon fuel pump replaced but still won't start.
Note: Car sat for Nine to Ten month's dead.
I replaced the starter, And the car cranks but won't turn over. Power seems fine fuel getting to fuel rail.
Relay's been checked and works, distributer has been replaced.
Just can't get the car to start!

got fuel psessure to injectors , got spark right ? make sure ignition timing is right . the car should start !
