1998 Dodge Neon Automatic 89153 miles

I have a 98 Dodge Neon. When i go to start the car the motor is turning but it doesnt crank. The gauges in the car show the opposite. For instance, i have a full tank of gas, when i try and start the car it shows im empty. Ive done changed the battery, alternator, positive and negative wires for the battery, the computer chip, and the ignition switch.

hi, if your saying it cranks good but won't start? Have a helper crank it, while you visually check for spark at the plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure.

If your saying the dash lites won't come on, I'd have to check circuits to and from the ignition switch.
