STARTED WITH FUEL PUMP FUSE BLOWING, CHANGED OUT FUEL PUMP ASSEMBLY AND IT STILL BLOWS FUSE. REPLACED PCM AND STILL BLOWS FUSES. COULD IT BE THE AUTOMATIC SHUTDOWN CONTROL
