Engine Mechanical problem
1997 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

97 neon cranks but won't start. Just died and won't start. Pulled plugs and threads of one covered thick coat of oil but prong dry. 2.0 dohc. Also leaking water when cranking over. Head gasket problem or something simpler? Do the valves have clearance on these engiines? Can I use the old Timing belt
