Checked fuses for ac/blower fan heater/ defroster. Fuses ok and replaced. Is there a relay switch?

There's no relay Could be the AC/Heater switch or the blower motor-find it and power the dark green wire at the motor from the battery positive post. At high position the blower motor will function w/o the resistor that's if the switch ground is good

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
