Electrical problem
1995 Dodge Neon Front Wheel Drive Automatic 173000 miles
The other day I was driving my Neon...it was running just fine but the seatbelt light flickered on and off even though I was wearing my seatbelt. Suddenly the needles on the instrument panel starting flying up and down and up and down. The car was running normally other than this. However, when I arrived home and turn off the ignition and went to lock the doors using the electric lock, there was no power. I thought that was odd and tried to start the car again, but there was nothing....no power, no click, no turning over...just nothing. The car will start when jumped and will run just fine, but once it is turned off, it will not start again unless jumped. The battery is relatively new...approx. 11 months old. Are you able to help??
