What could it be if the car starts and idles for about 3 seconds and then stalls?

How did you do with the brake problem?
As for the stall, hot or cold? BOTH?

The brake was on a truck, still working on it. Now the Magnum is acting up. It was cold when it happened. Did not get a chance to warm it up.
