for a 1998 dodge intrepid 3.2 L motor 132.000 miles

the crankshaft sensor ground wire was arched with a +12 vlt wire and now my car will not even crank over i have dash lites,head lights warning dash lites. but i have no power supply to these sensors. crankshaft,(put new one), camshaft sensor,coolant temp sensor,intake manifold tuning valve, vacum solenoid,. i have power to these senors. map/iat sensor, tps sensor.. When i try to start my car the TCM automatic shutdown relay in the PDC clicks

Do you mean PCM, the ASD relay suppose to click when 1st energized-but if its constantly clicking-you got a problem. The PCM controls the ASD relay might be a good starting point for troubleshooting.
