The crankshaft sensor ground wire was arched with a +12 vlt wire and now my car will not even crank over I have dash lites, head lights warning dash lites. But I have no power supply to these sensors. Crankshaft, (put new one), camshaft sensor, coolant temp sensor, intake manifold tuning valve, vacum solenoid. I have power to these senors. Map/iat sensor, tps sensor. When I try to start my car the TCM automatic shutdown relay in the PDC clicks

Do you mean PCM, the ASD relay suppose to click when 1st energized-but if its constantly clicking-you got a problem. The PCM controls the ASD relay might be a good starting point for troubleshooting.
