If it is factory alarm, either use the remote or close all doors and unlock driver side door. That should turn the alarm off.
If it is aftermarket, either use the remote or locate the reset button. Usually the installer places the button either on the driver side kick panel or under dash. Press the button in and turn the key to start vehicle.
