1997 Dodge Intrepid car not starting

what engine do you have ?
did you check the timing belt?
also the ASD relay

do you have spark?

its a 3.5 engine. timing belts were done about six months ago. have spark but seems weak to me. can fuel pump run but not pressure system?

yes know you need to have a fuel pressure test done
to make sure the fuel pump doing its job by supplying fuel at the correct pressure
and volume
remove spark plug inspect if wet with fuel
if so
clean or change all spark plugs and then try again to start
