1996 Dodge Intrepid 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 1996 Intrepid that is leaking from behind the harmonic balancer. Is the waterpump yucked up in there or could this be a hose channeling through there. The leak pours out a steady stream.
