My 91 Dynasty killed while driving and will not start. Electrical powers on during restart only. Just replaced with a new battery a month ago. No starter sound just electrical during restart.

Hi:
First we need to determine if the starter is getting power. Have a helper turn the key to the start position. Next, with a volt meter, check for 12 volts to the smaller wire on the starter.

Also, make sure the battery termineals are clean and tight. Also, the ground to the engine block too.

Let me know what you find.
