Error Code P0305. Need help ASAP

I know this code means that cylinder 5 is misfiring but how can I fix it?

Would changing the spark plugs help out or do I need to do something else?

I know this may sound weird but I would try resetting the comp. Or erasing the code because some of the comp. In the newer vechiles are so picky they are actually too picky or should I say the software is. Usually if you have a bad plug or spark plug wire you will know it.
