1988 Dodge Daytona more cv joint problrms or other?
Drive Train Axles Bearings problem
1988 Dodge Daytona 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 28 miles
replaced cvjoint axle 1 yr. ago, but again popping & crackling worse & with steering shimmy wooble at speeds of 55-70+ worse as speed increases! 6 auto store clerks & I are not sure which cv joint axle to select for right side, equal or unequal with weighted doughnut or not? What should the left side cv joint axle look like as well? NOTE: This shelby Z has a intermetent trans drive shaft connecting to a bearing hub to where the inner cv joint axle assembly connects!

Hi:
You need to contact a dealer and provide your serial number. That is the only way to be sure.
