1974 Dodge Dart Car won't start
Engine Mechanical problem
1974 Dodge Dart 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive
The car won't get a spark when I bump the starter. I changed the spark plugs and the rotor on the distributor & set the timing and the battery is brand new. Also the car won't start with a key, I have to bump the starter. What do I do?

Sounds like the ignition switch-check the coil positive terminal for battery voltage while ignition is on-do you have it? and also check the starter relay if it has one to include the neutral safety switch
