2004 Dodge Dakota Window will go down, but not up on 2004

2004 Dodge Dakota V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Window will go down, but not up on 2004 Dodge Dakota p/um pass rear crew window.
Pulled switch, test ok for resistance.
getting cold
