I get the fault codes of P0151 and P0163 which are sensor bank 2 sensor 2 and bank 2 sensor 3. are these the before and after CAT o2 sensor. if not where are they located

Bank 2 is the side with the # 2 cylinder. Sensor 2 and sensor 3 are the sensors after the catalytic converter. Before replacing the oxygen sensors you may want to test them to ensure they are at fault and not a faulty converter throwing the engine codes..to learn how to check an O2 sensor just follow the link below..
