i have replaced the battery 1 month ago.rechecked the altenator and this time i was told it was not charging. had to replace the battery again aswell as the alternator. two weeks later the gauges read 0 and my lights go out on the ride home. i have tried to flex my tention arm i hopes to increase the tension. the belt is only a year old. any suggestions?

Remove the plug from the back of the alternator and with the key on check for power.
If power is not present suspect a bad fuse.
