How to get a door panel off, how to get the window handle off on a manual window

To get the handle off it is either held in by a screw just pull on the plactic part near the base where it connects and see if there is a screw under it.

If there is none, whihc is most likely, there is a special tool sold at autopart stores made to pull them off.
