My truck has been stalling mostly in cool weather. It will cut off in slow traffic or at a light. The garage I have been taking it to has tried everything they know to do and still can't eliminate the issue. It has had a major tune up replacing all plugs, wires etc. The IAC valve has been replaced. The ignition sensor has been replaced. You name it and they have tried it. Finally this weekend after almost three weeks back and forth in the shop it backfired so bad the muffler split. It appears to be better since this happens but I haven't beenable to drive it much since it happened late. What the heck could be going on?
