1998 Dodge Dakota Passenger side floor leak

I'm getting water collecting in my passenger side floor board. I do not smell anti-freeze in the water; however, the water seems to collect only when I am using the air conditioner or heater. I've checked the cab for leaks and cannot find any. What could be causing the leak?

The AC drain tube must have clogged up and backing it up-get a coat hanger work it thru -
