1998 Dodge Dakota 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i get code p1762 on my scanner ( governor pressure sensor ) yet, detect no problem while driving the truck. Gov. Press. Sensor was replaced 7 months ago along with a gov. Transducer and input sensor. Is this tranny getting ready to go south? Truck has 173,000 miles. Dennis

I don't think it is ready to go. The code means the Governor Pressure Sensor input was too high or too low for 3 consecutive park/neutral calibrations. That can happen due to a bad part. You had the governor replaced. I would have them check it again for a faulty part.
