1998 Dodge Dakota 6 cyl Automatic 225000 miles

My father in law has to replace the heater core, can you tell me the easiest way to do it?

Sorry no short cut or easy way about it
every thing has to come out
instrument panel and all
if not sure may I suggest a manual also u can find it @
