hey im bagging my dakota, and i had to get a fuel cell to put in the bed. i also have to get an electric fuel pump, but i dont know anything about fuel pumps. so i dont know what to get or how it works. i was wondering if you could tell me what i need to get and how it works? thanks, steveson

I'm not sure I understand what you are doing. However, the fuel pump is located in the fuel tank. The easiest way to access it is to remove the bed.

bagged meens put an air ride suspension on it, but my question was what kind of electric fuel pump do i need for the truck. im not using the factory gas tank anymore. i got a 15 gallon fuel cell to put in my bed, and for that i have to get an electric fuel pump, and i dont know if there is a certain one that fits my truck or what not.

You need a pump that will produce between 44 and 54 psi. The OEM one is in the fuel tank. You can find them that mount to the frame that will produce that pressure, but remember you need a return line to the fuel tank from the regulator. Is there a reason you are removing the tank?
