My truck revs up but doesn't go. It will go but it produces a hissing sound from under cab. Seems like it's sucking air but not gas. Also heater doesn't heat up during winter and gets hot during summer. Rusty water in radiator

First, you should have the radiator and engine block flushed and new coolant replaced. Also, replace the thermostat.

As far as the other issue, if the engine revs but the truck doesn't move, that sounds like a transmission issue. Have you had that checked? Is the trans fluid clean and full?
