We was driving over some railroad tracks and as soon as we hit the tracks the truck instantly died. The fuel pump is good, the crank sensor was replaced, the battery is good and the cables have been cleaned. The truck cranks over but doesn't have any fire. Like the fuel isn't making it to the carb and the coils are not firing. What else should we check?

Have you actually checked for spark and fuel pressure? Will it start with starting fluid?

Based on what happened, I feel strongly that either spark or the proper fuel pressure is missing. check that and let me know what you find.

Here is a how to for checking fuel pressure.

Yes, we get fuel pressure and we have tried starting fluid. Still not starting. It's like something is telling the fuel pump not to pump or the spark not to spark. Do you think it has something to do with the ECM?

I would check to make sure the wiring harness to the ECM is tight and the pins are not corroded.
