The first symptoms were that the engine loped or did not idle correctly when cold. All the cylinders were missing out. When it warmed it started running normally. Sometimes when I stopped and turned off the engine for just five minutes and then re-started it and it would barley idle and almost die when I gave it some gas. If I turned it off and immediately start it again most of the time it would start running fine again. This has been going on for several weeks. Now it is starting to run bad sometimes (missing on acceleration ) after it gets warmed up. EGR Valve or other Sensor? What is my next step?

Hi lennier, Welcome to 2carpros and TY for the donation.

Go ahead and clean out the EGR and PCV valves then inspect and test the following automatic idle speed motor, throttle position and manifold absolute pressure sensors also include a fuel pressure check
