it doesn't shake alot but its a lil ruff. it holds the rpm after i step on peddle and let go it stills revs for a sec after my foot leaves the peddle.. not sure what the problem is just got the truck from my grandpa. wondering if its a sensor or someing easy hopefuling thanks for ur time.

Here is what I need you to do. (DO NOT START THE ENGINE) With the key off, turn the key from the off to the run position 3 times. On the 3rd time, let it in the run position. pay attention to the check engine light. It will begin to flash codes. They will be two digit codes. count the flashes. there will be a short pause between the code number, then when it goes to the next code, it will have a longer pause. it will end with 55. Let me know what you find.
