1988 Dodge Dakota will not start

My truck will start and then it will stop and will not start. I have replace the spark plugs,wires,distributod cap,button,fule fillter,ignition coil,voltage regulator and it still wont start. I had the battery and the alternator check and they are ok please help thank you chris reamy

check fuel pressure
do u have spark

yes it has spark,and fuil to the carb. if you crank on the starter for a couple of mimmnets it will start and then run ok, in till the next mornning

check map sensor

how do i check the map sensor and where is it located

check the fire wall it has vacuum line connected to it and a plug

I put back the on the old fuel filter and it runs OK thank you for your help chris reamy reamst88@gmail.com
