1990 Dodge Colt Repair Question

Car won't start
Engine problem
1990 Dodge Colt 4 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Manual 160000 miles
my colt quit while i was driving. the engine cranks but won't turn over. i've replaced battery, sparkplugs, wires, cap and rotor, ignition coil. No luck. What next?

When you turn key to On position -do you hear the fuel pump? If so disconnect a sparkplug wire and ground it to the engine and crank it over-do you have spark?

on the colt when you turn the key on is the check engine light on if not these are known for ecms going out
